Dear,
thanks for using msnoise.
in the future, send your email tot the mailing list, because you'll get
probably as faster answer and then others can also see it.
if your "waveforms" folder is not structured in one of the supported
ways, you need to use the "--path .... --recursively" as described with
great details in the documentation. You also have to use the "--init"
flag. Please read the documentation, all this is described. The second
command will of course not work , as zero files have been scanned.

Dear MSNoise users,
I have just installed mMSNoise 1.6.1. When I run "msnoise compute_dtt",
I faced the following error.

Dear Thomas,
Corentin has sent you in a separate email the resp file. The resp file is for the same channel mentioned the message (SHZ).
Unfortunately I'm not using msnoise 1.6.1...

Dear Chiou Ting,
Could you send me (directly) the resp file, it seems the mailing list
system doesn't allow attachments.
From the message says, it looks there is no "response information" for
that channel.
Are you using msnoise 1.6.1 (latest bugfix) ?

Thomas

Dear Chiou Ting,
Corentin sent me the resp file.
Actually, msnoise doens't allow resp files (I thought it did...)
You should therefore convert it to dataless or inventoryXML (not
stationXML).
please also open a ticket in the Issue tab on github. This instrument
response stuff will be corrected in the next version, thanks to the
changes made in obspy1.2.0 in the way the inventories can be read.
Cheers
Thomas

Hi all,
I would appreciate some help on removing instrument response.
I looked at the documentation and it seems we can use resp format for the instrument response files. However, when I run compute_cc, it says:
[cid:474268db-60eb-4610-9151-93695c30df39]
My config is
[cid:433dd485-9d79-4811-9ff2-2045bc0ea1e1]
and my db.ini is in /home/msnoise/projects/gede, while the response file is in /home/msnoise/projects/gede/inventory
I've been playing around with the response file itself and where it is located, but I still can't get it to work.
Attached is my response file.
Would anyone know what's the problem? Thanks!
Regards,
Chiou Ting

I Believe there are some parameters in which I have to modify in Msnoise Admin. But Is there any way to fill those parameters using Terminal, I'm going to write a bash script so I'm willing to prevent any sort of GUI such as Msnoise Admin. Please help me if I can do this using Ubuntu Terminal and Msnoise Commands.Regards

Dear all,
I released MSNoise 1.6.1 today. It includes the compatibility with the
latest SciPy version (where they renamed fftpack to fft) and includes
some bugfixes.
It's already possible to install the updated version using pip, or
within some time (minutes) via conda.
Thanks for all bug reporters & PR' providers!
Cheers from Brussels,
Thomas

Hello,
I was wondering if it's possible to use msnoise plot functions for data
from different analyzes? To be more precise, I would like to plot
interferograms for stacks I have saved from previous study without me going
through processes of scanning archive, computing-cc and stacking. I assume
I would have to populate station table with station names I used and create
filter with the appropriate name.
Thank you in advance!
hello Msnoise groupe
i installed the recent version 1.6
i did all the computation correctly, but when I change the filter (i do new
computation of CC, STACK, MWCS, DTT) and try to plot again, it always
takes into account the the first filter.
please, i don't know how to do, to have new plot.
