Dear musicians,
On Tuesday we had our first meeting and took some decisions regarding
future rehearsals.
Here are the important points we discussed.
1. Location: We have had issues with the place we had planned for
rehearsals (the room above the tennis-table room). So we agreed that for
the time being we would meet at BIRA in the Green Room
2. Day and Time: On Mondays during lunch time (12h00 to 13h00). The day
is not set in stone yet since a few of you were not able to come on
Tuesday and thus give their preference. Here is a chance for you to vote

Dear musicians of the space pole,
A while ago, during the Early Career Day organized here at Uccle some of
you expressed your interest in playing music with colleagues from the
other institutes.
As the year has already started, it is time to plan a first meeting in
order to form what I am sure will be a great band (famous across all the
space pole at least :) ).

The idea of this first meeting will be to meet each other, discuss about
our musical preferences, ... and most important, find one or two days a
week when we know we can gather and play on a more regular basis.
The goal of this band is to have fun sharing our common passion, so if
you know some of your colleagues, who are not included in this mailing
list and who might be interested to join us, let me now and I will
include them.
