Have you tried the "-f" option followed by the filter ref number on your plot
commands?
e.g. msnoise plot interferogram -f2 STA1 STA2

i installed the recent version 1.6
i did all the computation correctly, but when I change the filter (i do new computation of
CC, STACK, MWCS, DTT) and try to plot again, it always takes into account the the first
filter.
please, i don't know how to do, to have new plot.
