Thomas,
My previous thread about the AK.WAT data is only of academic interest to me as it was just
a test data set downloaded form the IRIS DMC. I will be happy to work with you to find out
why it is happening, however.
The good news is that I am able to go through the process all the way through the stacking
portion on my own data. The bad news is that it only uses 2 of the 6 stations.
When I populate the station table, all six stations are located and are verified to be in
the table. When I scan the archive, however, only the first two stations are present in
the resultant 'data_availability' table. All the mseed files were produced
identically and are in BUD format.

By the end of this week. I found a few minor bugs (not critical, but in
the plotting routines, etc), I'll push a bugfix and try to add some new
plot/outputs.

s01scan_archive.py tries to create its 2049th thread.

Thanks for checking that. I'm working on a safer way to
thread/multiprocess.
But, in order to have this to work with sqlite (which would be desirable
for most users), I'm rewriting parts of the API so there is somehow a
"sqlite server" running on top of a single sqlite instance.

The latest version of MSNoise (the 'master' branch, not 1.2.3)
https://github.com/ROBelgium/MSNoise/archive/master.zip contains the new
scan_archive code, using processes instead of Threads and should only
start 'n' threads, no more.
could you give it a go and check if it works OK ?
