Dear Mr,
My name is Kike, currently I work in Chilean Volcano Observatory.
I am working with MSNoise 1.3.1 under Ubuntu 14.04.
After several steps:
Workflow
Installer
Configurator
Populate Station Table
Scan Archive
New Jobs
Compute Cross-Correlations -done and fine-
Stack (-r) -done-
Compute MWCS -done and fine-
Compute dt/t -done and fine-
...when I intended to plot, several graph have problems, especifically mwcs (wrong),
distance(only color lines) and dvv (empty) : I attached the bug in file text and images.
Would I a help to you ?
I did the inscription yesterday and the processes was wrong.

The text file did not appear in the joint files...
Do you have in your working folder the STACK directory with the daily and
reference correlations? If not it means that the correlation computation
wasn't going really fine.

Well, first you should not do the whole workflow without checking that each step has
actually worked. For what I can tell, it seems your cross-correlations are not good,
because the "distance plot" is supposed to show the REF of each pair vs
distance.
1/ Could you paste the output of "msnoise info" in a text file and send it ?
- I send you the file with "msnoise info"
2/ is there a folder called STACKS/ in your project folder ?
- Yes, there is
3/ is there a folder called 001_DAYS/ in the STACKS folder
- Yes, there is. Under the folder "01" (corresponding to the filter 01)
4/ is there a folder called REF/ in the STACKS folder ?
- Yes, there is. Under the folder "01"
- Mi folder tree is MSNoise_TC/STACKS/01/001_DAYS... and MSNoise_TC/STACKS/01/REF...

Hi,
I think this is linked to a bug in MWCS, you have to export your CCF in
MSEED and not SAC in your config. MSEED is hard-coded in the MWCS
procedure, then this probably fails... Same for the Distance Plot, it's
also trying to read MSEED.
There is already an issue reported for that, I'll try to fix it rapidly.
