Dear msnoise community,
I have installed MSNoise and are really looking forward to use it. I
followed the documentation which is very helpful :). Unfortunately I
have a problem with scanning the archive. When I use
$ msnoise populate
I get:

That is correct. But the next step is then:
$ msnoise scan_archive

What are the values of startdate and enddate in the configuration ?

Hi,
to be sure, set ref_begin and ref_end to the same values.
Then, nothing to do with this step, but be careful of your
"cc_sampling_rate" at 100 Hz, it's quite high. Then the lowpass at 1Hz
could be an issue when filtering (see the Filters config), if you plan
to use 0.1-1.0 Hz band, set the lowpass to 2.0 at least.

Actually, reading your email again, it seems all is OK, as the
data_availability shows the data is correctly read and stored in the
database, isn't it ?

To all,
for reference, there was no issue here, just crappy verbosity of the
scan_archive procedure. this will be removed from the next release.
in addition: the plot data_availability command actually reads from the
database, not from the files, so if the plot shows data, it means the
scan_archive step was OK.
