Hi,
Please check:
* you have the mov_stacks folders : --> ./STACKS/01/00x_DAYS (where x
is 1,2,5 etc)
* you have the REF stacks -> ./STACKS/01/REF/ ...
* run msnoise reset MWCS --all then msnoise -v compute_mwcs too see if
there are error messages

to recompute for ..." for each pair, and then the same message with MWCS jobs.
Can you tell me if this is related to the other problem?
My ccf seem to be ok when plotting them.
