[MSNoise] MySQL server has gone away

Hello, I periodically receive this error when running (very large) cross correlation jobs: “pymysql.err.OperationalError 2006, "MySQL server has gone away (error(32, 'Broken pipe'))")” I have modified wait_timeout to 24 hours and increased the max_allowed_packet variable in the mySQL server (the two suggested sources of the error I’ve found through Google,) but this error is still occurring.
