Dear Lauriane,
The problem is that the installer failed to prepend the new python PATH
to your .bash_profile , resulting in the commands (python, pip) to be
executed with your "machine python" not the one you just installed.
Then, pip install msnoise will search your system, won't find obspy, and
will try to install it...
So, just see the lines below, edit the PATH line in your .bash_profile
or .bashrc and start a new terminal. When typing "python" your should
see an Anaconda/Python 3.5 console. Then pip install msnoise should work
smoothly.
