[MSNoise] Changing startdate/enddate and ref_begin/ref_end

Hello everyone, I am trying to run MSNOISE for new startdate/enddate and ref_begin/ref_end. First I changed the relevant parameters in the configuration. Then I ran msnoise scan_archive. When I plot the data_availibilty the data shows up on the plot. Next I ran msnoise new_jobs msnoise reset CC --all msnoise -t 10 compute_cc but when I plot the ccf vs time graphs I only get correlograms for the old time period :( Any ideas what I am missing?
